A Personal Story of Resilience
Trevor Reinholt’s journey into mental performance began with a setback he never saw coming. As a high school athlete with dreams of playing college basketball, a career-ending back injury forced him to confront the loss of his identity, shaken confidence, and the fear of an uncertain future. That season of adversity pushed Trevor to rebuild from the inside out—developing the resilience, discipline, and mindset skills that now form the heart of his work.

Trevor went on to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Coach, blending clinical training with real-world experience to help athletes turn performance anxiety into confidence, composure, and consistent execution. He equips athletes, leaders, and teams with practical, proven tools that strengthen their mental game and elevate performance under pressure.

With a down-to-earth style and a background shaped by both research and lived experience, Trevor energizes and equips his audiences with the confidence, focus, and resilience to rise in the biggest moments. His work is built on a simple belief: when athletes train their mind as intentionally as their body, they unlock a level of performance—and potential—they never thought possible.

In his free time, Trevor loves spending time outside training for triathlons (Ironman 70.3) and being with his wife, daughter, and dog.
